How does your online consultation process take place?

You will find that meds4all consultation process is very simple; it follows following pattern:

• You select the medication you require
• Read all necessary information
• Fill in an online order cum consultation form with all your medical details
• The form is reviewed by the doctor – this is the actual consultation part
• Once the doctor approves the treatment, a pharmacy dispenses the medication which is sent to you via an international courier
• If the doctor disapproves the treatment, your money is refunded in full

We also advice you to consult a doctor/physician about the treatment you seek before you place an order with us. No treatment is dispensed without a prescription and the pharmacist dispensing the medication crosschecks every prescription approved by our doctor to ensure that there has been no breach in any way that might affect your health and the integrity of our system.

Which courier services do you use?

We use services of reputed and well-known international couriers only including Skynet, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and FedEx to dispatch your orders. We will send a tracking code through email to intimate you about the dispatch of your order and to allow you to track it on its way to you.

How do I know that medications will be genuine?

The medications you order are dispensed via genuine pharmacies that adhere to rigid guidelines and are strictly regulated by medical authorities. We only deal with pharmacies that sell genuine and branded in the original manufacturers’ packaging carrying original stickers and hallmarks.

For confirmation, you can cross verify the batch numbers on the packaging with the manufacturers. We follow the same process regularly to check the authenticity of medicines.

Are there any hidden charges that might surface on my credit card details?

At meds4all, there is transparency at every stage and we never carry out shady deals.

You will not have to pay more than what you see on our website. The price of the medication displayed online is inclusive of consultation charges, international courier charges, and the cost of the medication.

We can include these benefits in the price of medication itself because we have the advantage of price differences between countries and manufacturers for different countries. It does not make sense to pay more for medications when you can get genuine medication from other countries made by original manufacturers at a more reasonable price.

When will be the medications delivered?

We constantly endeavour to provide quick services and deliver medications any time from 24 hours to five days once dispatched from our pharmacies. If there are any delays dues to differences in delivery times for different countries attributable to distance, custom checks, and the service efficiency of your local postal service, you can contact us and we can track your order for you. You can also yourself track your order online, if however, you need any help, feel free to contact us.

What if there is any breach of trust and discretion?

Rest assured about it, we will in no way break your trust and no one outside of the doctor and the pharmacy will be aware of what you have purchased. Your information will not be sold or displayed publicly. Even the medications will be dispatched in discrete packaging to ensure that you can receive them safely without embarrassment. The package will be delivered to your doorstep and will not be tampered by anyone so as to reveal the contents. Even the name of our website will not be displayed on the packaging.

Is it necessary to be at home when the courier arrives?

Why do I not have my medications delivered yet?

If it has been some time since you placed your order, kindly get in touch with us at the earliest. It is possible that your order is put on hold due to medical or other issues. We might have tried to get in touch with you but might have failed to do so.
